Section 12
The Official Stamp Of The Post Office Serving As Evidence
(1) The action taken under this Section in connection with the recovery of claimed amount of postal charges or other fees of the postal article-
(a) shall be regarded as an evidence if the description about the rejection to take delivery, a death or not
tracing of the addressee of the article is submitted with official seal on it,
(b) shall be considered valid to have been sent by the sender unless proven contrary.
(2) The paper bearing the official seal of the post office and indicated with amount of the postage charge and other fees applicable for a postal article shall be regarded as true evidence.
